• Access panel heaters - Turned on last week of September
• Balcony repairs are ongoing - 4 were resurfaced last fall
• Clubhouse roof extensions are completed; painting and sidewalk will be completed in the Spring
• Heat tape - Replacement of damaged heat tape completed on buildings C and B: building A will be completed the first week of January
• Storage usage - Removed storage items from Electrical rooms, Elevator Machine rooms, and Laundry room closets to comply with fire department codes
• Clubhouse updates - Brought clubhouse wiring up to code; installed wiring updates to pool area and main hallway for insurance purposes

The clubhouse hours have been changed on a trial basis.  The pool, hot tub, and sauna will close at 9:15 pm daily.  The rest of the building closes at 9:30 pm daily.  Please be aware of these times, as I am strictly enforcing them.  Although the hours are posted throughout the clubhouse, it would be helpful if renters were better aware of them.

Owners of rental units - Please make sure your renters (both long and short term) are aware of the complex rules.  These include quiet hours, parking regulations, clubhouse hours, and the no-pets policy.  With the busy winter season, the complex has seen a large increase in violations of these rules, resulting in fines, loss of clubhouse privileges, and the towing of vehicles.
