Balcony/Triple Tee Improvements
- These improvements will add a slope to select balconies, prevent
water from ponding on the concrete, and protect the integrality of the
triple tees.
- The contractor will be on site starting in June 2008.

- Resident manager, Ann Evison,
will be coordinating to a further degree on timing.
- Please clear off balconies if your unit is on the list, do
not occupy them until you are given the OK.

Siding Improvements
- New siding for the entire building (not just the end caps, as previously
discussed) will be researched in the coming year. This was requested
by the membership at the 2008 Annual meeting. The board will discuss
hiring a professional to assist with recommendations, renderings, and
cost estimates. Maintenance free options will be researched, to eliminate
the on-going painting of the buildings. Options will be presented
at the 2009 Annual Meeting. At that point, we will determine if
the project will commence in the summer of 2010 or later, and by what
means the improvements will be paid for. A special assessment
is the most likely approach for funding this project.
